Student Accommodation Impact Investment Nigeria (SAIIN) in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) the private sector investment arm of the World Bank Group and other institutional investors set-up an investment platform ZAR150m (US$8.96m equiv.) equity investment in the development, construction and management of world-class affordable student accommodation in select Nigerian public sector and private sector owned universities to build the affordable “Purpose Built Student Accommodation”(PBSA).

Our Prospective Clients contribute land to the platform inside the university which would be the equity contribution of the university. We would mobilize all the required funding to develop and construct the accommodation and manage post-construction.

The details including the structure and proposed economics will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Most students currently reside in substantial accommodation and overpay for them apart from the risk it exposes them to daily.
