She is a transformation consultant focused on leadership, enterprise and workforce optimization. Horochi has a combined MBA degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Walsh School of Foreign Service, Washington DC, USA; and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. The MBA degree focused primarily on Globalization, Leadership and Change Management.

Eze Co-founded the Tricon Africa trade impact investment platform, a US$100 million target short-term finance and trade finance investment vehicle established to provide short term finance to soft commodities export focused businesses in Nigeria and the West Africa sub-region;
He Overseas the fund-raising efforts and marketing of the investment platform to institutional investors, development finance institutions, asset managers, pension fund managers, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

He is Responsible for raising institutional capital for the short-term finance and trade finance fund from Nigeria and the West African sub-region.

He Coordinates the firm’s origination of short-term finance and trade finance investment transactions in Nigeria, West Africa and the Southern African sub regions.

He Sits on the trade finance investment committee.

As the Managing Partner of Frontier Heights Capital , He Oversees the investment team, coordinates and manages the firm’s client relationships and business development.
• He Formulates market entry and execution strategy for the company’s real estate investment and management business in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Conceptualizes and raises funding for the execution of the company’s principal private equity investment business.
• Develops and manages strategic relationships with investors, asset managers, fund managers clients and other stakeholders.

• Provided funding strategy financial advisory services to a mid-sized asset management company based out of Nigeria.
• Provided a fund-raising and advisory services to leading integrated real estate investment and Development Company in Nigeria.
• Currently fund raising for large South Africa domiciled real estate group with over US$1.5 billion portfolio of assets on their US$150 million dedicated student housing impact fund.
Prior to leading Frontier Height Capital, he was the Investment Officer: International Finance Corporation, (IFC) Washington DC, USA, Johannesburg, South Africa
• Led multidisciplinary teams making investment and providing financial advisory services on behalf of IFC to some largest financial institutions in key markets in West Africa, East Africa and Sothern Africa sub-regions sub-Saharan Africa.
• Managed large and complex transactions and coverage included Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Liberia and Ghana.
• Managed the client relationship monitored IFC’s exposure in some of the largest financial institutions in sub-Saharan Africa including a tier 1 bank in Nigeria, regional bank in Southern Africa and top four bank in South Africa.
• Supervised a portfolio of trade finance exposures, debt and equity investment in excess of US$350 million in various financial institutions across several African countries.

During his career with the Nigerian Navy, Stephen received numerous personal and military awards. He was awarded the Commanding Officer NNS QUORRA’s award for the Best Graduating Officer, Sub-Technical Course in December 1996. He also received the Commanding Officer (CO) INS VENDURUTHY’s award for the Best Graduating Foreign Officer, Navigation and Direction course in April 2002. The Commandant, Command and Staff College (CSC) award for the Best contributing paper-Junior Officers Staff Course in November 2002.

In the corporate world of business, as a serial entrepreneur and inspirational business coach, he pioneered an entrepreneurship hands-on business skills acquisition programme in collaboration with EndTimes Revival Ministries titled-“Programme for Acquiring Competence in Entrepreneurship” (PACE). The programme has helped equipped many aspiring entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them to start and grow their own businesses.

Stephen Ochepo Edeh is an avid visionary leader and a serial Entrepreneur having spent over 15 year in the Nigerian Navy (NN) before venturing into the business world. While in the NN, he held several operational and management appointments both ashore and afloat and also attended
several tactical, operational, leadership and management courses in Nigeria and abroad.

When appointed as the Marine Consultant for the maiden edition of the Lagos AllSail Championship in December 2018, he successfully piloted and stirred the affairs of the first ever boats, jet skis and canoes racing competition in different categories held in the Lagos State waterways.
He has worked with a number of companies in Nigeria and abroad, where he obtained practical hands-on experience and skills in human and financial resources management, business start-ups and administration, strategic planning and implementation. In recognition of his expertise and enormous potentials to grow and develop businesses, Mr. Edeh was appointed as an Executive Director to Head the Operations, Management and Administration in a number of companies, notably BICS Boat Club (BBC) Nigeria Limited, Sebata Integral resources Nigeria Limited a subsidiary of Sebata Group of Companies, South Africa and POA ADIT Nigeria Limited and also the CEO of Audaculus Marinus Limited.

He is a great achiever and always bring onboard his unique operational and strategic experiences in developing and managing portfolios of unrelated businesses in different industries within and outside Nigeria. The industries range from Defence, Security, Maritime, Housing, Oil and Gas to Tourism, Transport, Telecommunication as well as ICT. With his wealth of experience and sound
business acumen, he led most of the companies through a significant period of re-engineering and growth. This invariably improved their competitiveness in the market place while at the same time cutting costs and enhancing their profitability.

He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna and a Master of Arts degree in Intelligence & International Security from the King’s College London(KCL). In addition, he graduated with Distinction in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watts University, Edinburgh Scotland.

Anthony Alagbile is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist from the British Psychological Society (Cpsychol) and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development (formerly American Society for Training and Development).

He holds a First Class honours degree in Psychology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, a Masters’ degree in Organizational Effectiveness, Development and Change from the University of Delaware. He also holds a Master of Education degree in Mind, Brain and Education from Harvard University. During his stay at Harvard, he successfully completed the Leading Professional Services Firms Course cross-registered at the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the American Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

He has gained international exposure and developed competencies in Executive Selection and Training, Business Psychology & Psychometrics, Organizational Development & Change, Educational Transformation, Strategic Learning Consulting & Training program design, development,
implementation and evaluation, as well as, Entrepreneurship Development. His areas of expertise also include executive coaching and mentoring, and career management systems, international business partnerships, psychological testing, instructional design, research, learning strategies development, school and educational reform, synchronous and asynchronous e-learning, virtual classrooms, instructor-led training (ILT), Learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS). He has worked on a number of mission critical projects geared towards optimizing organizations and systems for efficient and effective functioning.

Mr. Alagbile has a deep passion for change in Africa and is currently involved in several projects and initiatives geared towards development in the region. He recently led the conceptualization and implementation of a West Africa Educational Transformation Conference held in Nigeria where he brought together a team of experts from across the globe. He has also worked with a multidisciplinary team of thought leaders to introduce “Entrepreneurship in Africa” as a semester-long course at Harvard University. His experience covers a wide range of industries, including the oil and gas, manufacturing sector, telecommunications, financial services.

Adekanmi Olusanya is a London School of Social and Business Etiquette certified etiquette consultant, the CEO of Etiquette Media and Publishing Limited and an avid researcher.

• His extensive research work on neuroscience, psychology and work behaviour has lead to his novel training courses, modules and books on Brain Enhancement, Vocalization (the art and practice of knowing what to say when to say it and how to say it), Work Etiquette and an ingenious approach to Emotional Intelligence. He has written over ten books and 200 research papers on etiquette including PROPER MANNERS AND ETIQUETTE IN ANYTHING AT ANYTIME AND ANYWHERE – a book on etiquette in virtually every area of life.
• He is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos and holds a post graduate diploma in theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College (RCBC).
• He has a twenty year sting in journalism with companies such as Multi Sports News and Pictures and Comet Newspapers (now the Nation Newspapers). Currently, he is a columnist with Thisday Newspapers where he writes a column on etiquette titled, ‘The Etiquette Forum’.
