More recently, her commitment to innovation, value-creation and Wealth Creation has led her to partner with the Business Development Service Providers, as a “Business Development Service Provider (BDSP)” to Nurture, Develop, & Sustain Globally competitive SMEs in Nigeria. The objective of this partnership is to:
- Create a mentoring and hand holding SME Development Framework to achieve a higher percentage of Sustainability within the SMEs in Nigeria.
- Create a mentoring and hand holding SME Development Framework to transform Nigerian SMEs into Global Brands.
- Create a mentoring and hand holding SME Development Framework to help Nigerian SMEs attain Global Credit Rating.
Achievement:
- Designing and developing a competency framework for Business Development Service Providers.
- More recently, Horochi’s commitment to innovation, value-creation and Wealth Creation has led her to partner with some colleagues to develop an “Enterprise Development Centre (EDC)” to Nurture, Develop, & Sustain Globally competitive SMEs in Nigeria. The objective of this EDC is to – Create a mentoring and hand holding SME Development Framework to achieve a higher percentage of Sustainability within the SMEs in Nigeria.
- Developed & Sustained an SME Hub for the “Abia State Youth Development Organization (ASYDO) Foundation @ 13, Ijaoye Street. Jibowu. Yaba. Lagos.
- Developed & Sustained an SME Hub for the “Ofeme Youth Organization (OYO) in Umuahia. Abia State.
- Designing & Developing an SME Hub in partnership with “The Africa Women Network (TAWN)”.
- Designing & Developing an MSME Hub for 50 – 300 Women MSMEs in partnership with Dynamics Impact & Nero Isibelua Foundation.
